Sometimes Microsoft Windows will minimize forms so they are no longer visibile on screen.
This solution shows how to find missing or lost forms by maximising them on screen.
If this doesn't work, try this:
- press [ctrl]+[alt]+[del] and select Task Manager
- look at the list of applications - one should be there for the form you can't see
- right click and select Maximise.
