With Project Storage implementation in CSD v25.10, is there anyway of retrieving Civil Site Design data after AutoCAD crashes and can't see a revision history.

Yes, it is likely possible to restore the latest data if your drawing crashes by following the steps below:

The challenge when pack mode (Project Storage) is on is that when the drawing is saved it embeds the data inside the drawing, and when it opens it copies the data out to a new folder (for version control functionality).

You need to disable pack temporarily so that when the drawing opens it reads the data from the data folder directly.

1. Run the Project Storage command and turn OFF Project Storage/Pack Mode (button bottom right)e436109ffda6ba3c80129f86adb8e8479efe77d1fd14eddc3fcefb3e8385c5fa3c47a4e374f3675b?t=333ed295f2fca55924722ecada33fc65

2. Click on the path shown in the Project Storage form that shows the data location - this will open in Windows Explorercc58e2d967688846c6dacb8d2b9a9efce7d35ddcde8d6000d1a274dd14017b7ed1e5f64e1c63e808?t=b9230b258834a692d740e2460309c0d7

3. Save and close the drawing

4. Open Windows Explorer

5. Locate the 'good' data folder

6. Inside is an AdvRoads-10 folder.  Copy that and paste it over the top of the previous folder you opened that has the current data location for your drawing

7.Reopen your drawing - it should read the data folder and update

8. Click on Project Storage and turn Pack Mode back ON.
