Packed Data lost in CSD V25.xx

Civil Site Design V25.xx appears to lose the data folder after using the PUBLISH command

 

An issue with Publish and a disconnect with the stored/extracted data exist in CSD V25.10.

When PUBLISH in run on a project that implements DATA STORAGE (data packing), all data appears to have been lost.

 

This has been addressed in the downloadable installation files. Update to the latest version for your CAD platform by downloading from here : https://download.civilsurveyapplications.com/

 

If you are unable to update, 

PLEASE ADOPT THE FOLLOWING TO AVOID DATA LOSS WHEN RUNNING THE PUBLISH COMMAND:

  1. save your drawing PRIOR to running PUBLISH to ensure the latest packed data is saved to the drawing.
  2. Run the PUBLISH command to completion.
  3. Close the drawing after Publish completion and DO NOT SAVE.
  4. Reopen the drawing and the latest data will be extracted and allow you to continue with your project.

DO NOT continue in the project after running PUBLISH - Ensure you close (NO SAVE) and reopen.
