When we have a model in Civil Site Design when adding kerb returns to an intersection, the road area opposite the Kerb Returns are blank (as below)

This situation can be resolved by checking and amending the Default Point Code Intersection Connections to conform with the codes in the currently used template
to do so:
With your project loaded in your preferred CAD application
1. go to the ribbon > Roads Settings > Active Drawing Settings

2. set the Design Settings panel current
3. observe the Default Point Code Intersections Connections settings
4. check the Intersection Through Code and set this to the desired code in your template

5. rebuilt you model and the missing triangulation will be visible
