When using either Civil Site Design or Stringer tools for the first time in a new CAD session I see the following alert “Conversion from string "File does not exist" to type ‘Boolean’ is not valid.” and the license manager displays, input my license details and all goes well for this session and I am presented with the same message when I restart my CAD platform
Is there a way to have it remember the licensing details?
This error occurs when the ConfigSettings.xml file has been corrupted.
Please download this replacement config file and place it at:
C:\ProgramData\CSS\[CSD YEAR]\License
or
C:\ProgramData\CSS\[Stringer Version\License
