this message appears when a project has been opened in a later version of CSD version than the version that you are using.
When you open a drawing in the newer version it updates the CSD COGO Point file formats, and flags this message to previous version users. The message should not affect any CSD operations, unless you now use the Civil Site Design COGO Points.
