Occasionally with a network licensed version of Civil Site Design there can be an error that appears as below

To resolve the issue, the IP address of the computer running the Infralutions License Manager needs to be bound to the license manager
To bind the IP address within the Infralutions License Manager:
Access the server running the license manager
browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\CSS\Infralution 18+
Right click on CSS LM Interface.exe and click run as administrator to display theĀ  interface (as below)

the message will no longer appear on any clients using the network license and the Infralutions License Manager will now distribute your licenses
